By accessing or using Tango ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Tango is a relationship-strengthening application designed for couples to track care styles, exchange "hearts," and communicate. The service includes mobile and web-based platforms, AI-driven insights, and notification services.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for any activities or actions under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

Our service allows you to post content, including messages, images, and reflections. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

Prohibited Conduct:

Harassing or abusing other users (including your partner).
Posting illegal, obscene, or defamatory content.
Attempting to bypass security measures or reverse engineer the App.
Using the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tango and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tango is provided "as is" and "as available." In no event shall Tango be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
